Dunkin' - Sycamore

I ordered six donuts for a meeting, and unfortunately, they were all stale. I'm very disappointed!

I've placed three different orders from this restaurant, and each time they failed to include sugar or any other additions I requested for my coffee. It's not drinkable as it is, and I would recommend going to a gas station instead. How hard can it be to add sugar to a coffee?

I ordered delivery from this restaurant twice, and each time they left out significant items from my order. The first time, they forgot to include the 4-pack of pumpkin muffins. When I tried again, I did receive the pumpkin muffins, but this time, they failed to include the sausage egg and cheese croissant sandwich. I understand that everyone makes mistakes, but missing items on two separate occasions is frustrating.

Twice today i sent my friend to get doughnuts cuz my grandson only eats specifically chocolate glazed and they f$ !!!! Give me all chocolate. Normally u just get ur stuff and drive off cuz u have inpatient freakin people behind u. So i drove home toguess wut???? Wrong ones. Then my large iced coffee 6 creams and 6 sugars guess wut??? Hardly had any sugar. If it was a $1 iwould give 3 fu....k !!!

First shift is always great. The afternoon workers need to find a new job. Terrible service. Not friendly. And never make the drinks correctly with 5 ice cubes in it that doesn?t even keep the drink cold longer than 3 minutes.
