Mcdonald's Cremorne - Sydney

The restaurant was bustling and packed, resulting in slow service. However, the food was very fresh.

Why are the staff so rude at this McDonald's in Chatswood? The restaurant is always bustling, yet the employees, particularly the manager and team leaders, still manage to provide excellent customer service. I also visited on a less busy night in Cremorne and the service was still rude. Will you not be compensated for this?

I have been left waiting twice within a 2-month period with no acknowledgment from the staff at the cash register. After experiencing this, I decided to visit the Brookvale location where I was promptly recognized and received service quickly. I suggest avoiding the Neutral Bay store until they enhance their customer service skills.

Be careful if ordering espresso, they’ll still try to serve you from a cup of leftover shots they have sitting around for the milk based drinks. For $1 maybe I’d take this on the chin, for $3.55 however really not acceptable.
