Spago - Sydney

Delicious fresh hand made pasta! Very tasty and service was attentive and friendly. I do wish the portions were bigger though entrees or sides recommended.

Came to visit Spago with my partner on a lovely Wednesday evening and was greeted with lovely staff at the door. Food here was amazing as we nibbled our way through the menu trying most of their entrees along with some main dishes. The highlights of the night included: Beef tartare- Super delicious tartare paired with a crispy brioche Scampi crudo- Creamy, fresh and light to the palette Lobster risotto- Tasty and rich in flavour All the staff were so friendly and attentive and overall I enjoyed the night without a doubt. Highly recommend to give it a try and I can’t wait to try out their sister restaurants at Chatswood and their newly opened store at darling square.

Came her for my partner's birthday dinner. She absolutely loved the flavours of the pasta here. Better than anywhere else she'd been to. We both polished off our plates and got some takeaway for the next day Great work guys, just one tip, maybe an extra waiter, you guys managed well with 2, but I think you'd have less pressure on you with 1 extra person.

It’s been a couple of years since I’ve come back here but I definitely have to say there has been massive improvement! The pasta is cooked to perfection and my husband and I were so glad their truffle pasta wasn’t super heavy as white sauces usually are. We were also given great service during our meal; the staff were very attentive but not overbearing. A great place to unwind and enjoy a meal!

Food: They made an authentic Italian pasta that O really like. We ordered carbonara, it had all the ingredients but the pasta was molto al dente which was alright but i preferred just a right al dente. Service was good and the ambience of an Italian restaurant was there . :
