Honestly, the best steak I had in a very long time! Hostess was very accommodating, despite the 20 minutes waiting to sit in the cold. 4 stars from 5, as there was no way to keep the search warm while they wait. I also appreciated the precautions about Covid. The food was hot and arrived at the table within 10 minutes after the order.

This was one of the few restaurants in Westerland that had a complete menu in English. The food was good, but slightly overpriced. It was so busy, but the service was good.

I know the Blockhaus in Frankfurt and I am a guest there for many years.The concept (its a chain of I believe around 50 restaurants in Germany and they sell their products in supermarkets is clear and its easy.Nice staff,cosy interior,a simple and clear menu.Food...is always good and is perfect for if you are alone,a couple or with family and kids.So a great place to eat meat with no strange surprises. Only problem is the do not have and never had mayonaise for my french fries : But thats my problem being Dutch.So all good.

We had the steak, which was not so great. for the prices we expected more. it was also very loud. I will not return.

Steak restaurant with good quality. always busy what I take as a good sign. good service even if a lot is going. I would suggest booking a table in advance.
