I've never left a bad review. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a hot and ready pizza. You've secured yourself. I said it takes 15 minutes. 45 minutes in, the cashier asked me how the name was for my order. I told her. Nothing yet. One hour. She's asking for my name. An hour 15, the same crazy story. Finally, I asked a manager at 1 1/2 hours. He checked every pizza behind the counter. There was my pizza. It was done an hour ago. I'll never show my face here again. My name is ALEX. A cashier can read?t 4 letters? And fast food workers really want 18 dollars an hour? Hahahahahahahahaha. That was my worst meeting with a restaurant? Hot and ready? Cold and 1 1/2 hours.
The lack of employees shows. The food was still good. I can't give more stars when I've seen more employees at a lemonade booth.
I waa in town visited my son at WCU. We decided to get some pizza ls for lunch. I went in and noticed there when only one person worked. I suppose it was the manager. There was nothing that was understandable. He worked hard. I ordered the pizzas and waited about 15 minutes. He was very nice and I hope they get more help.
We always order on the app to get fresh pizza instead of the old hot n ready which the app convinced us to try the new fanceronni pepperoni pizza but this is what we got. Looks like they just dropped handfuls of pepperoni on the pie which made it literally puddle grease and any pepperoni under the top layer was was almost bubble gum consistency, chewy and disgusting. The dough wasn 't cooked all the way through either assuming because of the massive amount of pepperoni on the top.
