The food at the restaurant was excellent, but unfortunately, the service was subpar. We experienced long waits for our order to be taken, for our drinks to arrive, and for each course to be served. We were especially disappointed because we had out of town guests with us, and Forager's has always been one of our top choices for dining in the area.
I enjoyed the food, the atmosphere, as well as the conversation with the bartender as I drink my beer and ate my meal
One star off for limiting menu but has a very small kitchen. Just feel they could hit the fundamentals a lil better. One of our favorite spots running from Western NC mountains N Ga. Pet friendly with water bowls for dogs is a plus! Excellent craft beer selection. Sours Seltzers too. Everything we've had in the menu has been great the bbq sandwich is minimal could be brought up a notch with some thought prep. Burgers are good! As are salads, veggies, soups sandwiches. A great spot to sit in nature. Listen to music when it's playing. Great area for kids to run play! Love this lil spot!
