Nantahala Brewing - Sylva

One of the negatives is that there is nothing inside that buffers the sound. As a result, on a regular day with just the tv's on, you can hardly hear your companions. They need to throw down some rugs or something for buffering.Food is fair. Beer and service is good. Dog friendly.One night I saw a jazz band playing outdoors and they were great.Vegetarian options: I was with a vegetarian but he didn't want to order the tomato soup because he didn't want to bother the server details about the broth they used. He got a grilled cheese with french fries.Parking: Parking lot is small and fills fast but there is a free public parking lot about 1 block away. It's alone the RR tracks.

Stopped by here on a whim after a spontaneous trip to the mountains. cute place, plenty of parking. the train cars across from the building add even more charm. we weren't expecting much but boy were we blown away! delicious nachos, the salsa had to be homemade because it tastes so fresh. wings were perfectly cooked and flavorful. we did not order any beer but they had a pineapple jalapeno margarita that will rock your socks off. honestly, we'll probably make the four hour trip back to bryson city just for this restaurant

This place is ridiculous. How can you call yourself a brewery when you only offer 3 beers. You have a wall of about 20 taps. What happened? When you opened a few years ago your brewed selection was great. Now, a joke. We decided to try you out one more time to be severely disappointed. That is the last time we will be back.

Beer was pretty good but had to wait in a 40 min line to get it. not really worth the wait honestly. the area was really nice though so it kinda made up for the long wait

10/10. Food was AMAZING slight issue with my burger (bc I'm a monster and I like zero pink in my burger) but they fixed it immediately. Best beer cheese in the county. Amazing drink selection. Great environment really eclectic mix of patrons, live music, chill atmosphere. Will for sure return ?
