Hot Peppers Mexican Grill - Syracuse

I order Hot Peppers on UberEats religiously when I'm looking for a Mexican bowl for lunch or dinner. The spicy guac is something so special and the chipotle honey chicken is a can't miss. I love getting either a burrito bowl or just a regular burrito; both are really big for the price. I love how I can load them up without breaking the bank. Always comes quick to the house and is fresh every time, can't really ask for more!

Good food. I went with my friend to enjoy some shopping and stop by here. we ate and the food was pretty good despite I ordered a burger and ordered medium well but it came like less than medium Well, that’s the only thing I didn’t like. order in a slice of cheesecake and it was pretty good.

Totally dissatisfied this time! I've eaten here before without incident, however this time was a total disappointment. I placed an order for pick up for my family. I personally ordered the shrimp bowl, which was so spicy to the point of it being inedible. Spicy queso sauce as well as jalapeños were added to my pickup order, which was not what I ordered. The first bite sent heat to my throat as well as my stomach as it traveled down. Tried to call the restaurant several times, no one picks up. Also sent a message on their website, which was not answered. The absolute worst takeout experience I've ever had, not to mention that you absolutely cannot get in touch with anyone if something goes wrong. I've provided a photo of the receipt to show that I did not order the spicy queso sauce or jalapeños for my shrimp bowl.

Let me tell you, this quesadilla was so good! I always tell them to keep it on a little extra because i like it a bit crispy and it was perfect. This place never disappoints.

I came in around 2pm for a late lunch on a weekday and got a chicken burrito bowl. There were many customers (mainly students), despite lunch rush being almost over. The burrito bowl was delicious, the vegetables tasted fresh and the tortilla chips were crispy. The meal was very filling and also affordable too! The only issue would be that the staff could've handled their service better. It was slow and they seemed stressed out with the amount of customers coming in.
