Pump Pizza Pub - Syracuse

This place has really good pizza. However the atmosphere Reminds me of a old coner bar vibes. Where the live music, or any? And why is TV on instead of music?

My son and visited this place back in July after hearing such high remarks, but ended up having the most regretful experience. We waited over an hour for our order and was told the reason being was because they were under staffed, but I didn't notice anyone else waiting as long as we did. When our order finally came, the waitress overcharged me for a large instead of the medium that I ordered. I felt extremely unwelcomed and unappreciated as a paying consumer and regret entirely not grabbing my son and walking out of that restaurant sooner. I can't make any accusations but my son and I were the only black people there.

Martina was absolutely delightful...on the spot with the drinks and the food here is absolutely delicious and very reasonable...highly recommend...

Great deep dish pizza. We only had take out, however, service was friendly and looks like a decent place to eat.

Was looking for some pizza, and our regular place is closed on Monday. Tried Pump, and was extremely impressed! Ordered a deep dish, a NY style, and some wings. All were very very good. The young lady who took out order on the phone was very courteousand polite. Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back for more! In a town full of pizza shops, this one is in the top ones for sure!
