Contribuisci feedbackI ordered delivery through the subway app and called the store to request a refund or resubmission due to the fact that somehow the delivery address was the same as the stores when it crossed over to door dash. I contacted the store and the man screamed at me saying it’s not his fault and there won’t be a refund. He then hung up on me without giving any kind of support or showing any kind of empathy!!!! I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS SUBWAY AGAIN, let alone any subway!!!!!!
I visit this location frequently due to me living in the houses behind here bt they never seem to fail. They don’t understand a bit of English. It’s constantly huh.. then today put the icing on the cake I asked for the softest chocolate chip cookie this lady gave me the fuxkin hardest.’now it explains why she was tryin to warm my stuff up b4 handing it to me bt I told her no… they need to get new ownership or something need to change to get them outta there cus they horrible. I think he the manager he always so rude or cold hearted lookin.. yea the worst.
I order at least once a week through the app. My sandwich always on point they never let me down.
If I could leave 0 stars. I would. my sister. And I showed up with our 3 kids and they turned us away 30 minutes before closing.
Place was closed and door locked before 8:30pm on 12/5/23. Posted closing time is 9pm for this location.
