While it's commendable that the owners employ individuals with disabilities as baristas, unfortunately, my experience was quite disappointing.

We don’t have any small, independent coffee shops where I live, but whenever I return to Washington state, I make sure to get my coffee fix, and this place is absolutely AMAZING! The staff is always cheerful and a delight to talk to. If you’re in need of a coffee fix, this is the place to go! Food: 5/5

I've been visiting this Bigfoot location for ages, and I've always received great and prompt service. My orders are consistently accurate, and the staff is always friendly. Location stopped accepting cash. Despite being in a poorer area, where many customers don’t even have a bank account, they have gone cashless. Strange also in an area where there is competition on every other corner. Wrong call.
