Please bring back your ORIGINAL burger steak. Now portions are smaller, and the beef is just boring ground beef. The taste now is flat. Before it was juicy and had great texture. I can taste the difference coz this is the only item i eat there, and I have probably consumed more than any other customer at least 150 orders since Uptown Mall BGC branch opened.
Food we ordered were tasty enough but didn't exactly please our palates. We also found the claim good for 3 4 persons misleading as their serving size is truly on the smaller side. Price is understandably higher due to its location in a relatively upscale place but we found the place to be more of a bar or drinking hole than a restaurant. To be fair, I was famished coming in and I was with family and not with a set of drinking mates so my expectations were on the dining side.
Nice looking place with lots of potential. The pleasant tito waiter took our orders, but his English comprehension was very low and some confusion ensued, but was resolved with the help of my filipino friend. My friend ordered the 2 piece fried chicken which, impressively, came out in minutes. Sadly it looked and tasted like old reheated chicken and they looked different. Left unfinished. I ordered the flatbread that came 20 minutes later and it was really tasty although a little over cooked. Nice ambience, but average food with sloppy presentation. If you're going to pay 10 for chicken, go elsewhere.
Main dish for sharing: the roasted pork belly was a big hit! We also tried the pork sisig, which was great! The beer was quite good as well.
