Not to mention the somtam that seemed like fermented “atchara” instead of papaya salat. pad thai was too sweet and the garnel croquets did not even pick. if you want to pamper your dinner with fake Thai food and unfriendly service, they are more than welcome to dine here.
If they want to eat Thai, they are looking for another restaurant. that was terrible. pad thai was so sweet, and so was the huh with cashew nuts. pad krapow had not even a hauch of spiciness in him. thai militant was also bland. wein. saw for ever being served. had to follow several times before it was actually served. we wouldn't be safe here.
I was disappointed that the service for cooked food was faster than the service for wine, which negatively impacted the overall dining experience. Despite this, the food was enjoyable. Overall, I would rate the ambiance, service, food quality, and cleanliness all at 3.5 out of 5.
My friends and I visited the new Basilikum restaurant at One Bonifacio High Street. The ambiance was nice and the service was great, but we were disappointed with the food. The crispy duck salad had tough duck, soggy noodles, and lacked flavor. The chicken green curry was too watery. I recommend not spending your money here when there are many better restaurants nearby.
I recently visited the newest branch of this restaurant in One Bonifacio after finding all other nearby restaurants to be crowded. Unfortunately, our experience was not pleasant. The fresh spring rolls we ordered were disappointingly small, with only 4 tiny pieces that were sliced into 1-inch bites. The green chicken curry we ordered had good flavor and spice, but the quality of the chicken itself was terrible - dry and overcooked to the point where we mistook it for pork. It seemed as though the chicken had been frozen for too long. After we complained, the staff took the dish back to the kitchen and made a new one for us, but this time it was raw. To make matters worse, the staff did not even apologize for the inconvenience.
