Tells an impatient, unprofessional eventmanager/coordinator in the choi Gerden,Royce hotel . we should surprise our friend for his birthday and be ruined by this waiter/event manager who took our order. she was so rude. I asked and tried to keep it. a secret for our friend and ended this womanso showed so unprofessional asking -ano leaving sa birthday. When was the day of birth as thema? a problem to sue a friend to his birthday? they even discussed before all and with the zelebrant. . sino can be birthday in-front anyone . saan and so on. I asked you to have a special one for the birthday savvy. ah kanta. she answered omg! so rude! asks whether it blows cakes/cabin for the zelebrant to birthday celebrations. she said before everyone. so insensitive... no cake they have to buy themselves, as we do not know how kind of cake they like. the caffe, we were all devastated by their unprofessional gestures. we could have left, but we don't want to ruin our friend's birthday. we are here to enjoy the food we have done, but ruined by a certain employee. my friend even asked if she had Ms.So already to pay for our billawkward situation. they ended on singing birthday song twice English and Chinese. but the night was already ruined. we were 14 in our group and we all felt unhappy and treated rude. even approached her and told her. I would appreciate it if she didn't discuss it before everyone and ruined the surprise event. I hope it will not happen to other customers.
The restaurant offers a great variety of expertly prepared and beautifully presented dishes that are not only delicious but also served in generous portions.
I have never tasted a sweet and sour pork dish like this before. The sauce was off and the pork was not crispy at all. The hot and sour soup was unlike any other I've had. The fried shrimp in soy sauce was decent because the shrimp was fresh, but the sauce was just average. The Chinese sweet dessert was okay, but not outstanding.
This restaurant is a favorite among locals, especially Chinese groups and expats. The ambiance may not be very romantic, but the polite staff make up for it. We tried a variety of dishes, including pork asado pao, buttered chicken, salt and pepper squid, ribs, hot prawn salad, birthday noodles, and more. The dim sum is a crowd favorite. Overall, we were completely satisfied with our experience.
