Frank & Dean - Taguig

The first time I visited this restaurant was because a friend wanted to try their Frappe. It was so good that we went back the next day. The lady who served us was very nice and even gave us a loyalty card. The service was excellent, and after a few more visits, they surprised me with a taste of their upcoming "The Frank Champion" Burger, which was delicious. The staff treated us well and made us feel at home. I highly recommend F&D to everyone, as the food is fantastic.

I had to wait for my rice bowl for almost thirty minutes, despite being checked on several times. The constant excuses and demands for a refund due to the lengthy wait were unacceptable. Overall, not a good experience.

My first visit to Frank x Dean was wonderful. My friend and I went there for brunch to catch up. We ordered their Smoothie Bowls – Strawberry (sour) and Mango (sweet) for PHP290 each. The consistency of the smoothie bowls was not as thick as I expected, but the taste was great. We also had Iced Cappuccinos for PHP160 each, with the option of adding simple syrup for sweetness. We tried the Paprika Fries for PHP190, which were so delicious that I ended up eating more fries than my smoothie bowl! The fries came with mayo and ketchup on the side, which made them even better. The atmosphere was pleasant, not too busy or noisy. The restaurant has a nice decor and plenty of seating. They also have a 'pub' upstairs that opens at around 5PM, serving drinks and snacks. The service was fast and efficient, with free and fast wifi available. The staff were friendly and attentive. I will definitely be visiting again!

Just been here this morning with my friends. The place looks nice and close to my house. I order classical breakfast with bacon, eggs. Very slow service. We expected the food will be fresh and good. Tuned out terrible. My fried bacon had burnt color. I asked to change it. Second time the color of bacon looked better but so dry and hard to eat. Overall so bad. It was so pricy as well. The waiter was rude. we haven't finished our food, the bill was sent out. Never to come back this place again. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. So irritated.

We arrived for a quick cup of coffee but thought we'd get a bite to eat as we had half an hour to kill. The server was pleasant enough, and informed us that our meals would take "15 to 20 minutes", which we didn't mind at all. The coffee was adequate, but certainly not anywhere near the standard of other cafes around town. After approximately 40 minutes, the server again appeared and informed us that our meals would be another 5 minutes longer. My meal arrived after another 10 minutes, but my father's meal was not to arrive before I had almost finished. His scrambled eggs was mostly made up of oily potato hash, and his side of bacon did not arrive until he was finished his eggs. The cafe had one other patron in it when we arrived, so there is no way the kitchen could have been busy at all. Very disappointing.
