Very inefficient and doesn’t serve with a heart. Not attentive to the needs of their customers. Dining area was hot and uncomfortable. Very unpleasant experience here in Taguig. Sad that it completely ruins one’s appetite. Hope management improves.
I love this restaurant! Since I am based abroad I make it a point to eat what I miss the most: FILIPINO FOOD whenever I visit the PH. We ordered their famous Sisig, and Ensaladang Maalat for lunch. The sisig was really crunchy which I personally love and the ensaladang maalat was grilled and then placed with itlog na maalat (salted egg), tomatoes, onions in mayo sauce. It was really good. My only comment is that their branch in Market Market does not have a good ambiance. All in all food is great! Definitely a must try.
Went to gerr'y grill on boxing day to celebrate my aunts arrival and a late Christmas dinner. since both my aunts have been out of the country for some time and craved Pilipino dishes. recommended we meed at Gerry's sine it has been a go to for the family whenever they're in Manila. I've been to other branches and so far this one in market market has disappointed me. They seems to be clearly understaffed and have generally ignored us throughout. They forgot to provide bowls for the soup, asked for water for 6 people and only got 2 glasses and the server just left unceremoniously after placing it in our table. have to get up a couple of time to remind us of our lacking order. Food wasn't as great as i usually get from other branches too. This branch clearly just rides on the names popularity but failed to live by the Filipino definition of service. don,t think would be back for a while nor would i be recommending this place again.
We went to Gerry's Grill in Market Market to eat dinner. The place was very busy at that time. The location of the restaurant is near parking area and the parking payment booth.. We ordered the usual crispy pata, sisig, pakbet and grilled pusit to name a few with a few beers and juices Overall, the food were taste average. The service is not good because the place was very busy at that time. It takes awhile to get the waiters. And the prices were expensive for the amount of food per dish.
I would consider this to be the top Filipino restaurant in the Philippines. The taste has always been consistently excellent and hasn't changed. The Kare-kare and Sisig dishes are especially delicious. The Mango shake is a must-try, as it is very refreshing. The only downside is that the service can be slow and you might have to wait a long time to be seated. Despite that, overall, this is my favorite Filipino restaurant of all time. Please note that we dined at the SM Bicutan Branch.
