Impeccable welcome and service. The decor of the restaurant is unique, the walls, the flowers in almost each of the dishes, everything is consistent with the name of the restaurant. The fish appetizer was excellent, the Arctic char gravelax starter was my favorite dish, the duck was good but not the best I have tasted, the scallops were sublime, and to finish the Desserts based on pistachio biscuits and smoked apples were excellent. There were 3 of us this afternoon and we loved our time spent at the Cage aux Fleurs. Without any particular expectations, we were pleasantly surprised by the atypical setting, the friendly and efficient service as well as the surprising, gourmet, delicate cuisine! What can we say except that we found this restaurant to be excellent with a very atypical setting in terms of its decoration, tastefully decorated, a very warm atmosphere and a really friendly team. We tasted the truffle crozets, it was a real favorite for our taste buds! A real treat, well done to the chef ‍ We will come back to the flower cage for sure.
