When the food came an appettizer of variety of shrimp that was off-centered was already 17:00hrs we asked the appettizer for a burger burnt out and bacon charred and full of oil, when I asked to be changed the same burger with bacon made ham. In the end, I ended up eating the meat and leaving the rest. the resolution for this bad experience was something to drink from home zero empathy, zero solution, lousy food.
