Taco Bell - Talladega

Every time we go to this restaurant, we have a terrible experience. The employees are consistently impolite and the food is always served cold. They really need to improve their customer service skills. It's the worst dining experience ever!

I ordered the beefy 5-layer with extra beef, but what they sent me was this scrawny thing.

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. My food was fresh and hot, and the service from Jaia was exceptional. She was professional and kind, making me want to come back again in the future.

Terrible customer service. Nasty food. Bad attitudes. Ordered breakfast at 945 and was told we ain't making no more breakfast. All the employees should just quit they just make this town a worse place to live. Not to mention Everytime someone goes there they get to visit the handicap parking to wait because they can't make fast food fast enough

My order was incorrect and I had to wait 15 minutes for someone to correct it. There was nobody at the cash register and the employee who was supposed to be taking orders at the front counter was sitting by the drive-thru window, watching the cooks prepare the food.
