Burger King - Tallmadge

I am giving 1 star specifically because of service. I walked in. Made eye contact with a young man. And proceeded to stand for the next 5 minutes waiting for someone to help me. No one ever came. I overheard 2 young women behind the machines, giggling and talking about what I assume was high school gossip. Another I saw on her phone, at one of the drive thru windows. Again, I waited 5 minutes before I left.

My first experience was not the best, but Heather, the manager made up for it. Also, handmade our food and corrected all the problems.

I came here today and got an 8 piece nugget , was very excited and had never had a problem with this store . when i took the nuggets out of the bag there was some type of worm or something in the nuggets , i have never been more disgusted in my life , i completely wasted my money .

Fresh, quick, and expertly prepared. Everything was exceptional, and my Whopper actually looked as good as it does in the commercials, rather than being all squashed and haphazardly assembled like I've experienced at other locations. It even arrived wrapped neatly, which reflects the attention you have for your customers. Thank you for taking pride in yourselves and your food; it truly shows!
