Jimmy John's - Tallmadge

Today we placed a group order, but they neglected one of the items, even though we had an email confirmation. Instead of resolving the issue, they told the person who missed their order to expect a refund within 3-5 days for the item that never arrived. We order frequently and have faced several issues; it seems that Tallmadge JJ Management could benefit from some customer service training.

This place was really disappointing. The service was subpar, and the Italian sub I ordered was just awful. I can't believe they can mess up a cold cut sandwich! Their homemade bread was tasteless and not appetizing at all. The food had a stale quality to it; it definitely didn't taste fresh. Overall, I will NEVER return! It felt like I wasted $15... shaking my head.

I ordered a sandwich and sat indoors. Got just what I wanted and everyone was nice and informative. Even though I came at a pretty slow time each person was moving around cleaning or preparing. Everyone always greeted and said have a great day. Good staff.

I've always received my orders on time from them, and the drivers are incredibly quick. They consistently impress me! I know that when I order from here, my food will be accurate, fresh, and prompt. Thanks, Jimmy John's!

I had a disappointing experience at this restaurant. They refused to honor the T-Mobile promo because my online order was incorrect. When I spoke to the manager, they refused to make the sandwich as requested. I also tried to call the main office, but no one answered, and I didn’t receive a callback. This is really unacceptable customer service. Having managed and operated restaurants before, I know that they could have honored the promotion, especially since I have proof of its legitimacy. The service manager, as well as the general manager, should have been able to resolve this issue. They also didn't ask about the other items I had purchased.
