Magic Pizza - Tameside

This restaurant is absolutely terrible for ordering food from. The only magic thing about this place is how quickly the pizza sizes seem to disappear.

My family and I have been loyal customers of Magic Pizza for many years, and we can confidently say that it is the best pizza in Stalybridge. Not only that, but my children absolutely love their chips, which they believe are the best out of all the takeout options available. The staff at Magic Pizza always go the extra mile, remembering our order when we call and treating us with kindness and politeness. In addition to their delicious pizzas, they also offer fantastic kebabs and sides. Despite being quite particular about our takeout choices, we have yet to find a place that beats Magic Pizza.

I was prepared for a 50-minute wait, but after waiting for an hour and 15 minutes, the app still said my order was only 'preparing'. I called to cancel my order, and was informed that it was already out for delivery. Despite this, they were willing to cancel it for me.

I 've been having regular deliveries from this place in recent months after our regular go to pizza shop let us down badly (I won 't name names). The order always comes by the time stated, more often than not earlier. Food has always arrived piping hot and we all find the pizzas and garlic bread totally delicious and good value for money. I have to give a shout out to our regular delivery driver, a really nice guy who more than deserves a generous tip. If I had to recommend one thing from here it would be the Mexican Hot, not too spicy and a great combination of toppings. Highly recommended!

Been using magic for years on and off, recently at least once a fortnight, usually very good, however this time was possibly my last. Ordered for 2 adults and 3 children via just eat, delivery was about 45 minutes as stated, upon opening the bag there was a cheeseburger missing, rang only to be told everything was there, after a debate with my wife for 5 minutes we were told they would send a burger in 30 minutes. 35 minutes later I called to be told it would be 60 to 90 minutes as they were busy, so at 8pm we then had to explain to our distraught hungry year old daughter that she wasn't getting her tea so we ended up cooking, kind of defeated the object of a takeaway. We arranged a refund for the missing burger from just eat bit needless to say we are left disheartened and will be looking for an alternative
