The new chicken dog was great and the value for the combo can't be beat

Went through drive thru and asked for my order was treated rude then they didn't have available options. After waiting so long. These young kids are rude and have no respect.

It is fast food, but not only did we wait the fries were Hot but old (redrop) and the Supreme were cold.....and I mean cold. I just don't eat out anymore and this was the 1st Bojagles in months but no mass.

They need to cook the food longer. The bo rounds aren't crispy and the biscuits need to stay in the oven a little longer. If they would do this, it would greatly improve! As far as customer service, it's a hit and miss. Some folks there are great and others have a bit of an attitude.

Drive thru is open. dining room is open random days. food is never fresh after waiting 20 mins every time in the line.
