Pancake House - Taytay

This branch has totally redeemed itself. On our first visit last year, most of our food were bland. Everything was bursting with flavor this time around. My regular order of House Specials Set was as great as that of other branches. All my Pancake House Favorites were on one plate - Pan Chicken, a Taco and Spaghetti with Meat Sauce. I loved every hearty bite. Hubby loved his Plate of Spaghetti Meat Sauce. He also ordered a Waffle Foldover aka a crunchy waffle sandwich with peanut butter, ice cream, nuts and chocolate candies. Servers were friendly, attentive and knowledgeable of their menu. Happy to have a branch nearby to satisfy our Pancake House cravings.

The waiters were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable about their menu. We're happy to have a branch nearby to satisfy our cravings for pancake house.

Eating is great, but the service is very terrible. When I went to the door, they ignored me that I had to approach them so that they could take my orders. I also followed my order because it took longer than the other customers who ordered later than I. when I asked how much longer, they said it would take only 5 minutes, but it would take them much longer than that. When I arrived, the waitress put it nicely on the table, but rolled her eyes and went immediately. I hope their service improves.

This restaurant chain is always a popular favorite for me and my family. we love the variation of the selection and service is always good. love that they have coloring articles for children while waiting for food order
