Tiolo - Taytay

My mother and I ate here for lunch as she heard from a friend that this place is good so that we have some expectations. there were no other customers and the staff went into the kitchen. we ordered the T-bone steak and short ribs grill. the steak floated in its own juice (or rather like oil) but it wasn't that, though to cut, so it was just ok. the short ripening on the other side was overcooked so it became too hard to eat for my mother. there were also flying in the restaurant.

Tiolo was my place with my partner. but oh got we went here earlier and apparently my partner got food poisoning from the Java rice he ate and the personal, I think they could be new. Ya’ll was rude in so many flats earlier. No one even guarded the restaurant when we arrived in lol.

We always go here for their T-bonus steak. but we noticed during our 2 visits that the engraving was less and the veggie side dish was gone. there were also flying in the apartment. hopefully, the owners will fix this soon.

If there's a rating of 0.5, i would've given that instead Whoever owns this place probably has given up on his/her business. From outside, the place looks ok. But inside, it looks old and getting crappy. There's a frame hanging inside, i don't know what's it for. From inside, you can see the double adhesive tapes they used to stick their posters outside, covered with dirt (which is expected when you use it for sticking posters on glass windows when your store is beside the main road I've checked the photos of previous reviews, and i wonder where did my placemats go?
