Our first tapas experience was so good. It made my birthday a full 10 for 10!Our server was Amber. Amber took the time to explain the menu and to make sure we knew about each dish. A true jewel. We enjoyed a very nice bottle of sparkling wine with our tapas. We had the avocado stuffed with lump crab, grilled octopus, braised beef potato croquettes, and the Brussels spouts. Each item was so good. Fun is the best description. The only item we would not order again is the octopus. The octopus was very good. We just did not care for the sauces that were served. This restaurant is a true gem, located in the middle of wine country. Make the time to fully enjoy your visit. It will be time well spent.
Wait staff was excellent. Attended to all our needs. Go for the paella!
Stayed here for the weekend for a wedding and on Sunday decided to use our voucher on brunch buffet. Everything looked beautiful but unfortunately the food did not remain hot, even though they were in chafing dishes the food didn't stay warm. I only enjoyed the food that was newly placed in the dishes because they were still hot. Things I'd recommend the brussel sprouts side dish, Chef's special pasta which had sausage and prime rib. I probably would've liked the omelette station too but got too full to try it.
This was our third visit to the Bolero and we will go back. Excellent Spanish wine and mouth watering entrees. The server Zachery was well informed and friendly.
