Panera Bread - Tempe

I got a drive thru pick and waited for my email to get into the drive thru line. When I got to the speaker I gave my name and was asked to pull up. I waited at the window for another 15 minutes before having to honk at the employees to get someone to acknowledge me. They took three orders while my order sat there getting cold. Once the staff did notice me I was given extreme attitude that they had other orders. It was just a bowl of soup and a bread bowl. This is unacceptable service and needs to be addressed.

Just joined the sip club and recommend. There is a panera Bread outside my job site and with limited lunch time it is convenient to be able to put in my order and and quick pick up.

Placed catering order for my team to be delivered at 12:30 and at 12:35 they send me an e-mail that my order has been cancelled. ZERO help when I cancelled them to find out what
