Contribuisci feedbackFaster, friendly service. moved up and was immediately welcomed. so quickly the man went away while I asked for some sauce packages and seasoned. the food was hot and fresh, but unfortunately no packages for the sauce or spice were given. very disappointed too, because I had someone from the city who had never had bushes, so I tried to give them a full experience. especially with the new trips they should ensure that everything is satisfactory for customers. some offers were questionable small.
Car hops were friendly, but I don't know what the big fuzz is about this place. the tender were more pale than a spirit on a jagd, no taste at all, the gravitation was bleeding, and the fries were dry and still ****. the sweet tee was probably the only tasteful ding. I have enough sugar for the rest of my dreaming.
I used to live right next to this place and often visited. live now on the other side of the city, but decided to stop at dinner during the work. the standards have fallen enormously. the customer service is not great, very short and short. I tried to order the Gizzard meal, but you said they were out at the moment, no big thing just had no time to wait for fresh. the fries were not seasoned at all, and the offers I got were all on the little side. it felt like a child part. I had also asked for some extras I never received. the only redeeming quality for this meal was that it was at least hot. I haven't had a bush for years.
Horrible customer service on every level. Today I placed an order and handed an employee my credit card. And never seen him again. Waited about twenty five minutes as everyone who pulled up behind me got their orders and left. I had to call the store and ask for either my food or my credit card via phone. They sent out someone totally different and said they gave my credit card to someone else and they were going to attempt to Google/Facebook/social media this person and get my card back. I asked to speak to a manager and that lady was absolutely terrible. No remorse or admittance of any sort. She told me to just leave, I was obstructing other customers. I then asked for the owner or a corporate number. She gave me the number to a child who said this has happened before and it’s just a mistake, not to worry about it. The manager whose information I was given, refused to give me any number or email higher than his own. So I called the police. They dispatched an amazing officer who sadly told me this location has actually given him someone else’s card before. Clearly, this location needs a system overhaul, and an owner that will actually post their information should you have an issue. Management shouldn’t drag there knuckles at these systemic issues. Keep in mind, this is the same location that cannot accept cash tips due to an unspecified employee scandal. Absolute $h!t show at the Adams Ave Bush’s in Temple Texas every-time. I support Bush’s as a brand. Just not this location. Shady, incompetent, unwilling to right or admit their wrongs.
My family and I waited for over thirty minutes for our food from the FIRST time they rang up my card. Then they came out to inform me one of the meals would be a little longer. Another twenty minutes goes by and they come out to inform me that it was going to be a while longer so if I just wanted to be refunded for that meal. After 45 minutes I leave and get home to realize they never refunded my card all they did was CHARGE ME AGAIN only didn't add the meal I wasn't getting. I will never go back. Now I have $70 charged to Bushes chicken on my account when all we got was a 16 piece tender meal with a power aid. Are you kidding me?!?
