The staff was incredibly attentive. When I apologized for arriving so late, our waitress reassured us not to worry and encouraged us to take our time. It felt great to unwind over our meal after the stress of our ER visit. I just wish I could remember our waitress's name; she was outstanding! She mentioned that her boyfriend was the cook and was still cleaning up, so they were perfectly fine with us coming in late. Typically, I don’t like to arrive close to closing time, as it can be a burden for the staff after a long shift. However, they remained cheerful and caring throughout our visit. Our food was served quickly and was spot on! Thank you, Chili's, for having such wonderful and compassionate staff who made our evening much better after a tough day at the ER!

We had the pleasure of being served by Darrell, who was outstanding. My dad needs his food to be chopped, and Darrell made sure everything was taken care of perfectly. This truly enhanced my dining experience. The only issue we faced was with a driver who parked in the handicapped spots, which made it challenging for me to assist my dad, who is in a wheelchair, into the van.

The restaurant is tidy, and the staff is incredibly friendly. We ordered the ribeye steak, accompanied by broccoli and mashed baked potatoes. The steak was absolutely outstanding!

Our waiter, Darrell, was fantastic. We had some special requests, and he ensured our order was perfect. The service was outstanding. The only issue we faced was getting back into the car with the wheelchair, as someone parked in the no-parking area.
