The brisket and chicken are fantastic. Mimi's gumbo is full of flavor as well. I appreciate the variety of dishes available. The kimchi and cucumber salad complement the spicy BBQ sauce perfectly.

I visited this restaurant for the first time, and it certainly won't be my last! This is by far the best BBQ I've ever had at a restaurant. Ms. Kim was fantastic—so genuine and you can really tell she pours a lot of love into her cooking. I'll gladly make the drive from Waco just to come back. The Korean potato salad is unique, but absolutely delicious! And I can't forget the samples—oh my gosh, I'm already hooked!

I had the pleasure of dining at this restaurant for the first time a few days ago, and I loved every moment! The service was outstanding, and the food was remarkable. The brisket was the best I've ever tasted in the Temple/Belton area! The potato salad and the red beans and rice were incredibly flavorful! Even though the venue is small, it was clean and well-organized. I can't wait to go back!

Don’t doubt the hype—this place deserves a perfect 10/10 for its food. The restaurant might not have the most impressive appearance, but when you serve top-quality BBQ that’s clean (and it absolutely is), the decor doesn’t matter. The brisket is tender and flavorful, the red beans and rice are fantastic, and the baked beans are authentically done. I have no complaints and will definitely be returning.

The food was everything I hoped for—fantastic! I’ve been searching for a cozy, homey restaurant with excellent BBQ, and they have truly raised the bar here in Central Texas. The flavors are authentic Southern BBQ at its best. The customer service is wonderful, and the chefs are outstanding! I will definitely be coming back.
