Infuse - Temple Hills

I am not impressed. I went to this restaurant for the first time yesterday. I read reviews that said the wait is always long however I decided to give them a shot anyway. I arrived at 6 and did not leave until almost 8:30. Not because I was enjoying myself but because the service was not the best. It was only 4 seated tables and the waitress took forever. She was friendly but slow. She returned with catfish nuggets and spring rolls and cornbread as an appetizer. (I ordered the cornbread with dinner and the spring rolls for the appetizer) she allowed us to keep the cat fish nuggets and said she would remove them from the bill. The food was great seasoned well arrived hot, very fresh. I got the bill and she charged me for a side that came with my dinner. I didn’t fuss nor did I bring it to her attention I paid left a tip and left. At that point I decided I would come back but I would order ahead of time and take it home. I sent my bf in to pick up the food and they told him they didn’t know what he was talking about and couldn’t see the order. I went in and was given a different story. I was told that he said he was picking up a missing item not an order. Okay whatever, I wait for my food and I get home and my sides are missing and I was not given and adequate amount of dressing for my salad. I called to let the manager know and he gave me his name told me who to ask for when I got there and that they would remake my order. I get there and I was greeted with an attitude and all the things there were NOT going to do instead of telling me how they would fix the issue even tho I had already spoken to a manager. I asked for the manager by name and the cashier argued with me that I had received all of my items, took my receipt and walked off. After it was all said and done they only remade my salad and my sides. And it was thrown on the counter with an attitude. I said thank you and she turned and walked out of my face without saying a word to me. If you want to pay to be mistreated, this is absolutely the place to go.

Every time I order to-go there is an issue with my food. The customer service is subpar at best and seems to only cater to regular, known customers. It's unfortunate because the food is actually pretty good, but the service takes away from the experience. I've only successfully dined in once, years ago. My table was ignored the first time I attempted to dine in, so after about 20 minutes we left. When I did dine in, the waitress took 30 minutes to come back after we were given the check. TBH, we almost walked out on it. Please, do better. We need good dine-in food and service in our area.

Always a good time with great food when I come here. Music can be a little loud if you are trying to have a conversation, but after a few drinks you won't notice or you'll be singing along. Service: Dine in Meal type: Other Price per person: $10–20
