I have to say I’ve been in this costa a number of times and found it quite dirty. The floor needs a good clean, the window ledges are dirty along with the wood work and rails as you walk in. Cobwebs by the window that are also dirty. The chairs are fit for the tip which are stained and dirty. I thought it would have been improved since I last came here sadly not. Beautiful costa and space more beautiful and cozy than many costas. we had coffee and a large hot chocolate with vegetable milk. also had a granate bar, and one of the tiffin slices of the costa, which was beautiful. very friendly and hard working young staff on New Year's day shortly before closing came to give our table a whisper while he cheered a snake of men.

Came here on Saturday, there wasn't any plant based options for my daughter but I had many other options offered to me. Staff were restocking everything which was nice to see ensuring we have more food options, especially as my dauger likes the vegan ham and cheese toastie. Happy to see an efficient team that greats customers and ensures they are equated for. My drinks were very nice.
