Dunkin' - Tequesta

Honestly I really do like this Dunkin?, however today when I went to pick up my coffee, I noticed the manager of the store with no face covering talking to a customer about how she wears the mask without having it cover her nose (defeating the whole purpose of wearing a mask). This interaction occurred at the register near where the baked goods were openly displayed. Other employees were also observed with their face coverings pulled down around their chins while preparing customer drinks and food items. This is how things can easily spread. There were a few employees present who were diligently wearing their masks, however it is the managers duty to lead by example.

This used to be the best Dunkin in the Jupiter/ Gardens area. Very disappointed lately with my order. The last three times I've gone my coffee order is never right and as someone who used to be a daily customer I know what my order should look and taste like. Today I was told by a very rude employee that it was dark because it's dark roast coffee when I asked for 8 cream in my large (she also didn't put in more even though I requested her to do so). I asked for the standard amount of cream in my other large energy brew (which is also dark) and that coffee was lighter. Will be going to a different Dunkin from now on.

Coffee was good as always but be VERY careful if you visit toward the end of the day when they are cleaning. The floor felt like a skating rink where the employee had recently mopped. When I mentioned that the floor was incredibly slippery the employee opted to ignore me and keep mopping with her bucket of grease or whatever it was she was using. Management, take notice before someone gets very hurt in your store!!

This was my favorite store , the last 3 times I got the wrong coffee 2x and today I ordered a Sausage, egg and cheese croissant and I got 2 Glazed donuts. Because the girl was not paying attention to what she was doing , she was more interested in the 2 guys who was filling up her station than what was ordered. And neither of the guys were wearing their face masks ! The job is simple just pay attention !

Excellent customer service with warm greetings. The location is very clean and offers a wide selection of donuts. The service is fast, and there's plenty of spacious parking available.
