The place is decorated with things related to the sea and marine life. Overall the food is good, ambience is nice. Worth your "after mass" dinner dates with the fam or your special someone. Oh and coming from the middle east, all we ordered was mostly pork :D
Went there with 6 people. They sat us outside and brought us menus About 5 minutes later they brought water. After that no one came to out table to take our order. Waiters talking to each other but no one seemed to care about us. We waited 15 minutes and decided to leave. We call got up and left and no one said anything............... Update... Decided to give this place one more try so went during the week so they would not be too busy. We looked over the menu and ordered an Appetizer, they were out, then ordered a dinner, they were out, ordered another item and they were out. Finally found something they had so ordered it. Then ordered a drink, they were out. I ordered a bottle of water, they were out. I asked why they were out of even bottled water and the waiter told me I did not need bottled water because they gave me a glass of water... Out of 12 items we ordered they were out of 7.... That stinks...Guess what, I got up and walked out again this time NEVER to return!!!!'

Not recommended. Been here many times, food is considerable yet their service still sucks. I can't believe how incompetitive their employees are, and I will not be surprised when this business went down because on how the employees treat their customers.Special mention to Samboy Doroteo, their so-called supervisor who's also not attentive with the customers. We were asking for follow up on what we ordered because has already passed, and what's your response? Wait then just walked away? You're supposed to be one to show your colleagues how to treat the customers right. You are ruining Giligans. Go back again to customer service training please, or better find another job.
