The food is consistently hot and fresh, and the staff is always friendly and professional. Occasionally, there are some mix-ups with orders, so it’s a good idea to double-check your order before leaving the counter.
There are flys flying around everywhere and there were flys inside the box with all of the deserts. I ordered a apple fritter and asked for it to be fresh or at least warmed up, but the lady acted like she went and warmed it up and gave it back cold as ice. This same lady lied to my friend about the ice cream machine being broken when she had made another customer a whole ice cream cone.
I bought a hamburger kids meal for my son, but when we got home, we discovered that the hamburger was missing. I tried calling the restaurant multiple times, but no one answered. It was quite inconvenient since I live in the next city over.
I had a frustrating experience when I ordered online for curbside pickup. When I arrived at the restaurant, the app indicated that the business was closed, which meant I had to go inside—completely defeating the purpose of ordering ahead. Once I was in, it was chaotic; I ended up waiting over ten minutes for just a Happy Meal. The staff seemed disorganized and didn't know which orders were for pickup or delivery. This situation was incredibly confusing and disappointing.
