I had to take a look back on my phone to make sure I ordered the right food for my man. the dame began to buzz and puff as if there was a really big problem, there was no one waiting behind me to order. everyone in there had already ordered her to eat. next she takes my money and brings me my food and says. oh, wait, that's not right. I put a 3pc white in the computer, but the input says the order is wrong. she says I don't want you to look at it once, I'll correct it myself. but. my ticket was right that she gave me (3pc white mild)! she stops commanding and went behind the counter with my command. to do (just god knows what) with this food and bring it back to me and says here is their order, ok, now it is right. I told her that you had guided this food back through the window and asked if the chef would correct the order because you made a mistake, because 1st of all. they have handled my money and all the other money and not even they have stopped washing their hands! then 2. You got the broom and got the dust bowl and you put the müll up in the cooking area! I told her I will leave my box with eating on the tresor and I want them to tell the chef that I do the right order because I don't want them to play back in the cooking area with my eating back there, as they correct my order and then come back with the same huh they took behind theke. I can't see what you did with this. Finally, the cook prepared my order right and gave it to me, I told the cook very much to appreciate that they correct my order. then I gave the chef the first box of the chicken I ordered because I don't trust the one that rings the orders and treats the money. this must be the first bad experience I ever had with this location. that was very unsanitar. you just have to rely on you. that is a health violation with everything that goes on these days (diseases)! I hate to have the dame called “they and them” but she didn’t want to give me her name, but she was caucasian may speak a lil spanish and there was something wrong with her eyes. as they were crocheted. I'm sorry I don't want to offend anyone, but try to give them the best description of her, as I can! but she has a very evil attitude they do not want to return to this place when she works! and my house is right around the corner! Many thanks if this matter is resolved!
This place is soou slow! it was ridiculous, took half an hour to get 2 small combos! the older lady in the kitchen had no sense for drenchness. they were made of white meat, from spices, from serviettes, from drink lids. the offers tasted old, the rice burned and they contained no side or the cakes we ordered, but were too far away to go back. never again at this place.
Slowest Popeyes around!!!! Merchant ID#334041506885, has the worst customer service ever. With an attitude to anyone who walks in. I 'm glad this place doesn 't have a drive thru, because people would run out of gas in the line waiting for their food or just to be asked, Can I help you ? It takes me literally 2 minutes to get here and 30 minutes to get my food every single time.
We’re visiting from another state and so far this is the first place we’ve experienced such poor customer service. One of the staff members at the front was very unfriendly. I’m going to guess it was because we had a huge order. It sucks, I get it. But it’s your job and it’s really not that bad. We kind of let it go until she slammed our bags on the counter when she called our order number. I certainly hope someone has a talk to their employees about what is acceptable for decent customer service and what is not. We will not be coming back next time we visit. Hopefully the food is better than the in store experience was.
Good food and great service at the Texas City restaurant. Will visit again.
