Unfortunately, management doesn’t seem to recognize a great thing when they have it. They fired Kevin, which left me feeling disappointed. Kevin created such a joyful and fun environment, and without him, the energy has disappeared. Pat does a solid job, but there’s just no sunshine without Kevin and George. After all these years, I don't think I can keep coming here. Good service is about more than just being efficient; it’s about the connection between the staff and their customers, which is just as important as the food itself. It's a sad day! - B. Hall
I felt rushed to leave while the staff was on their break. It was disappointing, especially since my footlong sandwich wasn't prepared well. The customer service definitely needs improvement.
Everytime I order through the app they get our sandwiches wrong. Normally it's just 1 or 2 ingredients off or a sauce missing, but this time how in the heck do you miss avocado on a Baja Turkey AVOCADO sub. ITS IN THE NAME!
Quick service is the only standout feature of this restaurant. I often notice a lack of smiles from the staff, and the sandwiches are disappointing when you unwrap them. However, I occasionally still stop by for lunch because Subway is consistently reliable.
