Whataburger - Texas City

I would give this restaurant 0 stars if I could. They have consistently messed up my order and I will not be returning. The chicken sandwich I received was terrible.

Whataburger used to be a great place to eat, but ever since they were bought out years ago, their service has been slow as molasses. It takes forever to get your order through the drive-thru, not just in Texas City, but at all locations. On top of that, you have to double-check to make sure your order is correct. Despite the good food, I'd rather go a little out of my way for quicker service.

I waited in line for 30 minutes at 4am. This seems to be a recurring issue on weekends due to understaffing. However, if you visit in the evening, the restaurant is fully staffed. It is one of only two places in the area that are open past midnight. The service really needs improvement or the schedule should be adjusted according to business needs.

So I went to this Whataburger And I did not have enough money to pay. I felt extremely embarrassed, And being in a long drive-through lane quite full of anxiety. I got to the window, told them I apologize but I did not have enough money to completemy order. She said how much do you have, to which I replied $8.75, which I needed $9.38, and she said baby that's fine I canwork with that . I was so relieved and so happy they were able to help me. Thank you so much

Came late,2:30 am, during a small rush. Order was perfect, everyone was polite and professional. Recommend highly again. Shout out to the person who took our order on drive thru and being patient with our indecisiveness and my inability to speak veryloud.
