The sauces were on point with just enough heat to make them delicious and have a kick, but it didn?t set your mouth on fire. The staff was friendly and helpful, the decor is eclectic and casual. We will definitely come back.
I hope this place becomes a HUGE success. Like these folks friendliness, helpfulness and attitude. The bulgogi was seasoned really well. The fried dish was light and crispy like tempura. They were layered beautifully. My only criticism is we wish the Bao was served hot, not cold. Brussels sprouts were charred perfectly and still tasted fresh and not cooked to death. Boba tea was good and comes either black or green. Pro tip?would go back order and order fries with a meat on
This is my first time trying Bao of any kind. I had been wanting to try this place for a few months and was not disappointed when I did. The atmosphere is nice and welcoming when you walk in. The murals on the all are energetic and Houston specific. The food was great. I had the Korean Bulgogi, Gochujang, and the Fisher. All were good, but the Fisher was great. The tempura batter was very light and crispy and the sauce was so flavorful. Nothing at all to complain about. The
Small restaurant, small menu, with good execution! With what they have on the menu... they do real good. I like everything I ordered. Your are not overwhelmed with many items, but the dishes were really flavorful. People were walking up to the counter while we were ordering just to say their food was good. I personally like the small menu, but wish there was something else. Like one or two more items. ???????? If this place added maybe two or three simple but delicious
I like this joint! The Bulgogi fries are bangin! The Texan, The Sweet Heat chicken, the Bulgogi Boa.......Man, I vouch for em. Catch the special on certain days. Give it a try, you'll love it!
