Dunkin' - The Energy Corridor, Houston

Dunkin is always my most favorite place. The last time I went we could not get the rewards to work so I lost 13.00 in rewards but the cashier was very nice. Other times that I have been at this particular dunkin they are give or take some nice and some mean

Gave me a hot coffee, lid wasn't closed and they didn't tell me it wasn't closed... My car is a mess now and I'm burned...

Very chill place, clean and the person that helped me (Nia) was very nice and took great care of our order and very patient. Nice people like this make a business shine.

Pulled at 1230 ish to order a dozen of glazed donuts. I asked if they are fresh and if not when would fresh ones be available. The employee tells me “we only baked them in the morning” really!! Her response was stupid!! This is my 2nd time visiting this location and will be my last!

Inconsistent. I've been quite a few times in the past few months. There's usually something wrong or missing with my order, no matter what or how many items I order. Staff used to be friendly but have been very off-putting or just rude as of late.
