Ur strawberry shortcake was very Dry n the strawberry glaze was watery Ur mash potatoes n ur Mac n cheese was also watery no taste, but everything else delicious. This was the one in kingwood Parking: Plenty of parking Kid-friendliness: Waitress was very polite

I love to eat at Luby 's BUT there is one thing that needs to be improved. THE FOOD IS ALWAYS SERVED TO COLD AT ALL LOCATIONS. Please check your Steam Table 's Temperatures. On every occassion I am having to send my food back to be reheated. I Love to order Liver Onions and I like my Liver cooked well done. The restaurant have a variety of food to choose from therefore many persons choose Luby 's for that reason. TURN UP THE HEAT ON THOSE STEAM TABLES!

The food was really good. The staff were friendly. Would definitely eat here again.

I've been looking forward to luby's and chicken fried steak. I ordered my chicken fried steak she chose the wrong steak. I told her I didn't want pepper steak. I wanted a chicken fried steak. She took it off the plate and then she said is it okay to put chicken fried steak on the plate that had the pepper steak. I said sure then she poured a white watery gravy onto my steak I said that gravy is not right she said do you want brown gravy instead. If I had wanted chicken fried steak with brown gravy I would have ordered that. At this point I just had to leave. Way to really mess up what could have been a good meal. I went to Captain D's and had a good meal.

Guess what Luby's manager?? The Houston chronicle salesman did not void the dubious sale of the newspaper. Even though the merchandise was returned and we were assured by YOU it would not be charged on our bank account it was. Hope having unethical sales in your lobby is worth losing customers. Especially sad because he was using the military as a lure.
