Excellent atmosphere and very good food, I highly recommend it.

Love this place obviously. Everything was perfect. I just wish they wouldn’t make the servers wear long sleeves and long pants. It should be illegal. It’s too hot for them to be walking around in this heat with long pants and long sleeves. I would put 5 stars because I love coming here but we’re sitting outside in shorts and a t-shirt and we’re so hot. It’s uncomfortable. I feel so sorry for them having to wear that.

Loved the food but I ordered a large chicken and beef fajita and they would only serve 3 tortillas at a time which was limiting and irritating since the tortilla size was small and I needed ~10 to finish the whole thing.

Omg! I had such an amazing experience at this particular location. I eat at Pappasitos regularly, however manager Xena a Manager Bob were amazing. That fact that Xena trained Bob has no relevance other than it was a woman that had to do the job effectively is what matters here. I was having a bad day. But these two managers really made my day. I forgot my problems and they took the BEST care of me. Their customer service skills went far and beyond. They even sent the mariachi’s to sing me a song that took me back to my childhood. I hope others read this post so they can feel the same as I did. Hats off to both of these managers. They deserve to be recognized by upper managers as exemplars in the field.
