Tacos Doña Lena

Food is good. I order from here at least once a week by pre-ordering hours in advance for a later (time) pickup. Both times I arrive on time for my order pickup and the order is not ready. It seems they just simply forget to put in my pre-order so I have to stand there in the small shop waiting 25 to 35 minutes for my order to be made. I am not at fault and this has happened multiple times already. This is unacceptable, especially since I go out of my way to call in and pre-order many hours in advance.

The food is great! There’s a reason why they have 2k+ reviews above 4.5 It’s a great restaurant!
