I choose a tab of bleeding calf with paste and a pressure beer. The plate arrives, the pasta is a little too cooked and cold. I demand and the waiter reacts quickly, takes on dishes, go to the kitchen (open), and returns with the plate without the pasta. In the meantime, I heard the cook laughing, questioning my words... Change of method, switching to the micro wave!!! Back of the hot ramequin, but no luck, the pasta form a block... I don't eat and the server comes to inform itself of the situation; I indicate that I do not eat pasta with the micron wave, and that they are in any case too cooked. He asks if I want another accompaniment, I decline. Don't want to stay in this place. Over the course, a note of 21€ for a small veal tab well without more, and a half.... Much too expensive. I was waiting in a MIN restaurant, an atmosphere, a welcome, super quality meat, an unbeatable quality ratio.... Disappointed on all levels, I will not return there. Tomorrow I'm testing another restaurant.
