Subway - Thibodaux

I really enjoyed the tuna salad sandwich. It strikes just the right balance between casual and refined, unlike some other sandwich places. I ordered a footlong to share with my wife.

I ordered the brisket with smoked Cheddar, and it was pretty decent with a good flavor. However, it was a bit less tender than I'm accustomed to when it comes to smoked brisket. I might consider returning, but I really enjoyed the rotisserie chicken as well.

The food is fantastic, the staff are excellent, and the atmosphere is wonderful. The only reason I can't give it a full 5 stars is that the space is quite small.
