Ethos Bistro - Thomastown

This cozy country cafe in Ireland is truly delightful. During our vacation in Kilkenny, my wife and I stopped by for a meal and were thoroughly impressed.

Small restaurant in thomastown only open some days good food with early bird offers ambient surroundings _not great coffee!

Had a beautiful meal there, with my sisters. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, while Food was delicious and service excellent.

Excellent tasty food in unexpected location. Had lunch here (pasta and salad) and would stop again to eat if in the area. Dinner I expect would be even better.

The prices are a bit high, but the service is very friendly and the food is delicious.
