Crystal's - Thornton Township

I ordered a 6 wing. the wings were pre-fried or yesterdays wings. the wings wasnt crunchy. they were soft like KFC original chicken. Parts of the wings were dark, still had pieces of feathers and handed me a luke warm can pop. i swear if i could give this place -5 stars i would. thr absolute worst chicken wing purchase i ever had. absolutely no way they still in buisiness

The prices are extremely different in-store than advertised online. Had to travel all way there to find out! 10 wings $9.70 online but $14.70 when i got in-store!!

First time customer, did not know about Crystals before. Enjoyed the quality of the chicken and French fries, and will most certainly return soon. Thank you, Crystals...!

Small place but the food is good Parking: you can also park on the side street

My review is based solely off of their chicken!!!!!!! They have some really good,well seasoned chicken! Their fries are really good too! I order the wings (also 1/4 white) with and without sauce,but when I do get sauce it’s definitely their mild because it’s very tasty! Their food is cooked to order and it’s always fresh! Depending on when you go the line (drive thru) can be very long!! Always worth the wait for me,but some people will stay in their cars on the main street (Sibley) waiting for a spot in the parking lot. It’s a pretty small space on the inside. Their flavored iced type drinks are good too. They accept cash,debit/cc/AP! The staff I’ve dealt with over the years have always been friendly! I’ve had other meals overtime too,but I really enjoy the chicken the most. Almost forgot,burritos are good too!! They also follow instruction regarding how you want your food prepared. Always a win for me! Last but not least,I now travel about 25 minutes to get there because I don’t live as close as I initially did years ago!
