Contribuisci feedbackBad service from manager jasmine. tries to lock us out of the restaurant at 20:30 o'clock when the lobby is open until 11 o'clock. She also mocked us under her breath when she went back behind the counter. to say it is so finished, and we can just walk through the drive throu. we know that we already ordered and choose to get inside. also seemed to have left friends of her in the same time as I knew her name. I praise the male manager for keeping his cool and continue doing his work and get disgusting while working on someone so respectful. not cool to close their lobby away early and mad at their costumes pay good money for their product.
The kiosks did not let us order the Cactus-Mahl in large size. then the coupons were all grounded. then put sugar in the ice cream, but no cream. the cash was great, but when we were sorted and got it, were pommes and nuggets raumtemp. food: 3/5
Very slow service and disorganized. dual drive thru was bad, right side had taken constant orders. the left side had to wait while the right side placed 2-3 ordering, then the hired would come to the left via microphone. after they have instructed us to move on to wait for food. we have 5 more cars in the waiting period for our orders. employees came without notice who had what, had to go from car to car to ask customers what they ordered. from the time of order to eat was over 35 minutes. I am surprised that mcdonalds did not take any measures to replace with responsible management.
This location is disgusting, dirty, rude staff, dangerous playing behind the counter throwing ice around the fryer vats, chasing each other causing wrong orders to be served, ignoring customers at the counter, management is a party to all this. Drive-through is worthless, orders are taken like you are an inconvenience, and after you pay for your food the send you to timeout to wait even longer for your orders. Long lines, slow rude staff, they will stand around talking while holding your order. Cold fries are common. Staff is allowed to work in pajamas and not required to wash up after cleaning the dining area and restrooms. This place is more mechanical than McDonald's is supposed to be. As far as customer service,,, zero, cleanliness,,, zero, wait time,,, if you see a line, keep on driving, occasionally you can get friendly service but even if you're a regular you cannot say you always get great service... IMHO this place and taco bell are exactly the same
Ordered 2 cheeseburgers and fries at drive thru, paid, and was told to park in a spot to wait my food. After 15 minutes, and seeing a dozen cars that ordered after me get their food, I decided to go to the drive thru to ask about my order. They said they notified their manager and told me to wait in another spot. Another 15 minutes went by and I had to flag down an employee to ask about it. Every time I talked to someone they acted like it was no big deal that I had no been waiting 30 minutes for food. They obviously lost my order but did not seem in a hurry to rectify the situation and get my food. I asked for the manager whom never came. Finally I got my order after 40 minutes. I could have reordered in less time as no one else seemed to have issues getting their order in a few minutes.
