Taco Bell - Thornton

This place needs someone to step in and give the team clear instructions on proper hygiene and customer service. The rudeness isn’t just directed at customers but also affects delivery drivers. I was one myself and often found myself being ignored, even after trying to address it. That’s both ridiculous and disappointing. Taco Bell used to be my favorite spot because of the friendly staff and the speed of service, but it seems like things have changed. If the employees were more polite and understood the importance of efficiency, perhaps they’d see more customers. It’s also concerning to see them using their phones while the drive-thru line extends all the way out of the parking lot. It's disheartening to witness Taco Bell going in this direction.

Who opens a taco bell at 9 o'clock? the other taco bell is opened earlier. that's the only one who does it. incredibly stupid and stupid. change their hours idiots

Horrible product at 120th and Colo Blvd. Drive thru employee in too much of a hurry for only seven tacos and burrito supreme spicy. The burrito supreme is more likely a tortilla with a smear of beans. The taco supreme are broken no tomatoes. They are out of Mexican Pizza for two weeks. Normally they have good service and product. Paid for extra cheese... can't find it or any of the other innerds. Money is tight for everyone don't waste it.

Wow how bad do you have to be to not get anything right ?? First I was told no chulpas that's cool stuff happens I get it. Then I order a number 6 was told no tomato or sour cream. Ok sure .... I have no clue what I got but it wasn't a number 6 take a look at the picture. Where's the meat.?!.!? I've worked fast food it's not that hard. (OK maybe at times) but I was the only one in the drive thru. Horrible

My order was incorrect and the food I received was poorly prepared. The staff were quite rude and seemed unfriendly right from the moment we approached the drive-thru.
