If I could give 0 stars I would. The girl at the counter was nice but the manager or whoever was absolutely awful. Just snarky, nasty and short. I couldn’t believe it. I will never return to this location.

I was in the area so I thought I'd give Ziggi's another go. I really like the comfortable seating area here, it's a nicer layout than other locations with couches and comfy chairs. But unfortunately, Ziggis was a let down again in terms of service and quality. The staff were unfriendly, they messed up my order and were snippy about it when I politely asked them to fix it. When my drink was remade, the espresso was still sour tasting. I don't think these baristas want to be here. With so many other options in the area, sadly, I'm going to give Ziggis a miss from now on.
